News: Passport Destilados Applies for Wholesale License in Arizona

Passport Destilados is thrilled to announce that our application to become a licensed wholesaler of distilled spirits and alcoholic beverages in the state of Arizona has been submitted and accepted. We still have some way to go to clear our application with the City of Phoenix. However, this is a significant milestone for our company, and we could not have reached this point without the support of our dedicated investor partners.

Our mission at Passport Destilados is to serve as a resource for small batch and family producers of agave spirits in Mexico who find themselves crowded out of an industry dominated by larger companies. The regulations and barriers to entry in this industry can make it difficult for small producers to participate, but our team is committed to staying ahead of the game and taking on the regulatory burden to ensure the success of our project.

As the founder of Passport Destilados, Jimmie Munoz, puts it, "When building a pool of investors for this project, it has always been at the forefront of my mind to make sure that pool is not only diverse, but also eager and ready to help this project succeed in every way." Our diverse and supportive group of investors have been instrumental in helping us navigate the complex regulations of the industry and build trust with our select group of maestros, or master distillers.

We are excited to move forward with this new chapter in our company's history and continue to promote and share the rich cultural heritage of Mexico through the art of artisanal distillation. We look forward to serving our customers in the state of Arizona and beyond.
